The Tasting Bar is the heart of the afternoon at Giardini Pistola. Guests gather for relaxed guided tastings of estate olive oil, local honey and wines from Puglia, hosted by Lucrezia.
How it works
Each sitting is intimate and unhurried, lasting around 30–40 minutes.
Guests taste a selection of estate olive oils, honeys and wines while Lucrezia shares the stories behind the products and how they are made.
Before leaving, many visitors choose to take a little of Pistola home — from estate produce to seasonal gifts available in the Farm Shop.

Garden entrance allows you to explore the gardens at your own pace any time from 2pm to sunset each open day.
Most guests arrive in the afternoon, wandering between paths and seating areas before settling into golden hour as the light softens and the atmosphere slows.
Entrance tickets include full access to the gardens for the duration of your visit. Children below the age of 12 go free.
