Our last Psychedelic Breath®️ journey took place in the breathtaking botanical gardens of Giardini Pistola, where the beauty of the outer world created the perfect setting to journey inward. 🌿
Guided by Greta Grace, one of only four certified Psychedelic Breath®️ facilitators in Italy and the only one in Puglia, participants were invited to explore the transformative power of the breath through a deeply immersive, music-led experience.
There is something truly unique about practising in nature.
Breathing beneath the open sky, surrounded by centuries-old trees, lush botanical gardens, and the quiet beauty of the land, the experience becomes something more. The world outside you and the world within you begin to meet.
And afterwards, we gathered for an aperitivo—a beautiful moment to connect, share, laugh, and let the experience continue through conversation. ✨
