The Chakra Verde comes from the vineyards located next to the farm shop, in the magnificent area known as “Canale di Pirro”, on the slopes of Valle d’Itria. The grapes, pressed and de-stemmed, are gently pressed, then the must is fermented in steel at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, after the first racking, the wine remains on the fine lees until February. Bâtonnages expand its volume and harmonize its taste. 100% Verdeca grapes.
