Golden Hour Sunset Aperitivo
Recommended arrival: 60–75 mins before sunset
Please are limited so please book in advance. Arrive a little early to have time to explore the gardens, the farmshop and enjoy the changing light.
As the sun lowers over the Canale di Pirro, you can find the best place to enjoy the sunset and take that perfect photo, and enjoy a delicious aperitivo in golden light as the day gently gives way to evening.

Golden Hour is one of the most beautiful moments to experience the gardens.
Golden Hour is when the gardens become especially beautiful, as the light begins to warm and the landscape takes on the colours of evening.
The water canale glints in the low sun, shadows lengthen across the olive groves, and the valley slowly settles into the calm of the early evening.
It is a moment to wander slowly, pause, and enjoy the gardens at their most atmospheric.
Many guests arrive for a short visit and find themselves lingering far longer.
