An Afternoon That Turns Into Evening
The Tasting Bar at Giardini Pistola is designed for slow arrival and easy staying.
Come for a tasting, take time to wander the gardens, return for another glass, and let the afternoon stretch naturally toward sunset. There is no rush and no formality, just good produce, good company, and time.
Many guests arrive for an hour and stay much longer than planned.

What’s on the Table
Tastings at Pistola are rooted in the land and shaped by the season.
Expect a relaxed selection that may include estate olive oils, local honey, strawberries, wines chosen for the time of day, and simple seasonal plates designed for sharing.
Offerings change with the harvest and the rhythm of the gardens.
The Farmshop
Before you leave, step into the farmshop for a small, curated selection of estate produce and seasonal finds. Olive oil from the grove, local honey, preserves, and gifts that travel well. It is a quiet final chapter to the visit.

When to Arrive
The Tasting Bar runs every open day, with arrivals in the late afternoon and early evening.
Each booking allows time to taste, wander, and stay through sunset if you wish. Guests are welcome to move between the Tasting Bar and the gardens throughout their visit.
Advance booking is recommended, particularly during peak season.

Take a Piece of Pistola Home
After your tasting, explore the farmshop for estate produce and seasonal gifts.
From olive oil to preserves, it’s a simple way to carry the experience of Giardini Pistola beyond your visit.
