Tucked quietly beside the gardens, our Farm Shop is a small, considered space inspired by the rural pantries of southern Italy.
We work with local beekeepers, olive growers and artisans across the Valle d’Itria to source products we genuinely use ourselves — simple, beautifully made and rooted in this landscape.
Our shelves change with the seasons. Quantities are limited. What you find one month may not return the next.
There is no online shop. Discovery happens here.
