Can I lend my pass to a friend?

No. The pass is for the named holder only.

Can my guest be different each time?

Yes. It’s one guest per visit, any person, as long as you enter together.

Ticketed events are not included.

Do I need to book a slot?

Normally no. If we ever introduce capacity-managed dates, passholders may be asked to reserve a slot.

Refunds and cancellations?

Season passes are non-refundable once used.
