Pop open your wine, keep it perfectly chilled in your provided cooler, and enjoy your Aperitivo as the sun sets in a spectacular display over the Canale Di Pirro.

As the light begins to change, the beauty of the gardens becomes even more pronounced. The contours of the land and the placement of the planting are revealed in a softer, more expressive way, creating the ultimate backdrop for an unforgettable afternoon with the girls.
Collect your bespoke Aperitivo basket and find your place in the sun. We provide everything you need to relax: soft blankets, chilled wine in a cooler, and a selection of local snacks including taralli, olives, and crisps.
If you would like more to eat you can add cheeses and local salamis to your food basket at the farmshop counter.
Spend sunset hours enjoying the views and chatting on the grass while you sip delicious cold Verdeca or Rosato made from our very own grapes of the Pistola Estate
The Garden were designed by Chelsea Flower Show winners Urquhart & Hunt, or simply lounging as the water canale catches the last of the sun and the valley settles into the calm of early evening.
